Steering cylinders with or without integrated electronics

These cylinders for steering axle applications can be applied via flanges or with a cartridge system.
Cylinders can be through-rod or single-rod; in this case they can be derived from pressing, electro-upsetting or a chrome-plated bar, and require application via ball joint or fitted bushings.
Chromium-plated single or double-layer rods to guarantee better corrosion resistance; for greater mechanical strength, these can be induction-hardened and tempered.
The guides for these cylinders are properly sized and can be obtained through heat treatment on the metal of the head or made with high load capacity sliding blocks.
The gaskets used meet the needs of the application, can have a low friction coefficient and are capable of guaranteeing the perfect seal.
Operating temperatures range from -35° C to +90° C.
Steering cylinders with integrated electronics are able to provide the necessary information to assisted driving systems and with the utmost precision and reliability.
