Giuliani S.r.l. succeeds in fulfilling its customers' needs from the planning or co-planning stage right through to the approval and testing of new products, in accordance with individual customer specifications.Throughout the engineering stage, Giuliani S.r.l., in its desire to fully interact with the customer’s project, supplies the necessary know-how into the creation of new high-tech and high-performance products, using 3D design tools and specific software for the structural modelling and testing of the various elements that have been designed.
Giuliani S.r.l. has adopted the ISO/TS 16949:2002 (APQP, PPAP) standard as its engineering procedure.
Giuliani S.r.l. is able to carry out tests on its own products or provide the same service for products or sub-groups manufactured by the customer, including: endurance testing, extreme temperature testing, stress testing, polluted environment testing and bursting testing.

- endurance test
A test bench that is capable of simulating the life of the machine with the cylinder installed, by working the axle 24 hours a day in arduous conditions.
It works in adjustable fluid temperature conditions, its steering brace can be constantly adjusted and can test cylinders with a maximum pressure of anything up to 250 bar.
In order to meet the needs of each customer, the bench is fully electronically-controlled and PC-programmable, thus guaranteeing great flexibility. - extreme temperature test
Test bench for testing the cylinder's functioning under stress and in extreme weather conditions.
Minimum temperature -35°C. - stress test
Test bench that reproduces the maximum permissible stress on the application and tests the cylinder's mechanical and hydraulic performance in operating conditions. - mud test
Test bench for verifying the proper functioning of the cylinder under stress and forced to operate in a hostile environment. - bursting test
Test bench that can lead to the rupture of any kind of cylinder with a max. pressure of 1000 bar.
