Integrated optical sensor: this is an electronic optical reading device that allows us to determine the exact position of the rod during the cylinder stroke.
Microleak control: a pressure-locking control system for low and high pressure cylinders that uses the high-resolution/decay volume measuring principle. The measuring devices used are considered avant-garde within the field and were developed by a world leader in air controls at the specific request of Giuliani S.r.l.
Traceability system:  enables us to identify each cylinder through a serial number and to track, at any time and through an accurate data collection system, the progress of the end-of-process tests performed on the cylinder, tracing the results to the after-sales service.
Tool room: to access tools at any time, thus minimising waiting during the production stage. The company also designs and produces, in collaboration with leading manufacturers, special customized tools that minimise the processing time for the part and improve the quality of its implementation.
